Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During launches and festive periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders and large-quantity purchases may require additional production and processing time, depending on the order quantity, candle type, fragrance, and packaging requirements. The estimated processing and dispatch timeline will be communicated to the customer after the order details are confirmed.

For customised or large-volume orders, production will begin after confirmation of the order and receipt of any applicable advance payment. Delivery timelines will depend on the production schedule and shipping destination.

Delivery time & charges

Standard delivery across India takes 4–8 business days after dispatch.

Shipping is a flat ₹79, and free on all orders above ₹1999.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. You can follow your package directly from that link.
